Our gated community is located on a hillside on the cape of the peninsula, overlooking the turquoise Aegean Sea and the picturesque Gumüslük village. The houses, which have been much publicized internationally, are designed by world famous Swedish architect Thomas Sandell, offering spectacular views and every conveniance. The yachts are of the classic Turkish Gulet model, renowned for their charm and comfort - and for their affordability. We offer customized week tours around the wondrous Aegean and eastern Mediterranean seascapes.
